Refund policy

Cancellation
  • Cancellations or booking changes must be made at least 24 hours prior to the scheduled booking time.
  • Please note that booking changes are subject to availability and may not always be accommodated.
  • Cancellations made within 24 hours of the booking time will incur a 100% cancellation fee.
  • Vouchers used to make the booking will not be refunded if the booking is cancelled.
No-Show
  • No refunds will be given for non-attendance.
Waiver of Cancellation Fees (Force Majeure)
  • Cancellation fees will be waived only in circumstances beyond reasonable control, including but not limited to:
    • Severe weather
    • Road closure
    • Natural disasters
    • Government advisories
